We provide confidential emotional wellbeing support for individuals and organisations. Our work focuses on helping people manage stress, emotional overload and internal pressure in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space.

We do not offer therapy, diagnosis or clinical mental health treatment. Our services are supportive, preventative and complementary in nature.

No. We do not provide psychotherapy, counselling, diagnosis or treatment for mental illness.

Our sessions focus on emotional regulation, self-awareness and resilience, offering a supportive space for individuals to process emotional experiences in a grounded and respectful way.

Where appropriate, we may encourage individuals to seek clinical support alongside our work.

Our work is informed by Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and trauma-aware principles. The approach is gentle, non-invasive and centred on emotional safety.

Yes. Confidentiality is fundamental to our work.

We do not share session content with employers or managers. Only non-identifying, high-level insights may be shared (if agreed in advance) to support organisational wellbeing planning.
